To provide you with the most pleasant stay possible, please take note of a few guidelines regarding the operation of the premises:
1. Self-management: The apartment you have during your stay is equipped with furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils, and dishes. We can lend you a barbecue, iron, vacuum cleaner, or other appliances upon request and subject to availability. Bed linen and towels can be provided for an additional fee of €25 per set. In case of damage or breakage, the cost of the damaged item will be deducted from the €300 deposit required by Booking. The loss of the remote control for the roller shutters will incur a charge of €100. In case of malfunction of the roller shutters during or within 24 hours after your stay, your liability insurance will be requested.
2. Use of the pool: The pool is available toguests from 9 AM to 8 PM. Therefore, we remind you of the following points:
- No unnecessary noise
- No meals or drinks in the pool
- No jumping, as it disrupts the pools chemistry and requires additional water, which is not very eco-friendly, especially during dry periods
- Do not disturb others
- Always use the shower before entering the pool
- Swimming by minors is under the exclusive responsibility of their parents or legal guardians
- The wearing of burkinis and clothing other than standard swimwear is prohibited.
3. Particular attention to the sanitation system: Do not use bleach or bleached products for cleaning. No paper, wipes, or other debris that could clog the toilets or the septic tank. Otherwise, your vacation will no longer have the fragrance of Provence…
4. Respect for the premises and other residents: For safety reasons and out of respect for others, smoking is prohibited in the premises and around the pool; cigarette butts and other debris must be picked up. Music and other noises are allowed as long as they respect the neighbors and other guests, no later than 11 PM. Any violation of the rules may allow the owner to terminate the evening, and any legal and civil consequences are the sole responsibility of the tenant. Trash bins must be used with waterproof bags and should be emptied regularly to avoid overflow and odors. Do not take indoor furniture and bed linens outside. Do not move the beds. Lights and electrical appliances must be turned off when leaving the apartment. If towels have been provided, do not use them for the pool. Upon your departure, please returnequipment and furniture to their original places.
5. Cleaning: As you know, an apartment managed by a private individual is not a hotel; therefore, cleaning is not included in the rate but is MANDATORY. At the end of your stay, the premises must be returned in the same condition as upon arrival. Otherwise, please note that if the cleaning of the equipment and premises is not done or is unsatisfactory, the necessary cleaning to restore the state will be systematically charged at €150, and a report will be made to Booking.
6. Insurance: The tenant is responsible fordamages occurring due to their actions. They are encouraged to take out liability insurance for the duration of the stay, covering bodily injury and property damage to group members. In case of theft or damage in the rented premises, the owner disclaims any responsibility.
7. For you, for us, and for future generations, we have implemented a selective sorting system to minimize environmental impact.
