Bachelorbachelorette parties, private parties, and similar events are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Guests are required to be considerate of the neighborhood and avoid making noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
A security deposit of €300 is required. This amount will be pre-authorized or charged to your credit card up to 7 days prior to arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided that no damage or breach of the rental terms is found during the exit inspection.
A credit card payment may be requested prior to arrival. The necessary instructions will be provided after booking.
For any stay longer than 7 nights, water and electricity consumption will be charged according to the meter readings at the applicable rates.
For stays exceeding 6 nights, the damage deposit must be paid by bank transfer prior to arrival, as credit card pre-authorizations have a limited validity period.
